Dr. Barry S. Rudolph

Dr. Rudolph has always striven for excellence in dentistry. He graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Dental School in 1978. Upon graduation, he was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society. He also received the Award for Excellence in Clinical Dentistry from the dean of Georgetown University Dental School.
From 1984 to 1996, Dr. Rudolph was the Team Dentist for the Washington Redskins. During this time, he traveled extensively with the team, performing many on-the-field emergency procedures. He was instrumental in the 1987 NFL Superbowl Championship, performing emergency surgery the day before the Superbowl on the starting quarterback Doug Williams.
At the present time, Dr. Rudolph is concentrating his efforts toward improving the quality of dentistry he delivers to his patients. These improvements come from a commitment to attending many continuing education courses, incorporating new technologies into his dental practice, and maintaining sensitivity to his patients' concerns in a sincere and caring manner.
Dentistry performed by Dr. Rudolph has been used to educate dentists from around the world at numerous international conferences for the study of TMJ and occlusion. He has consistently been named as one of the area's top dentists in the Washingtonian and Northern Virginia Magazines.
Dr. Rudolph has been married to his high school sweetheart for many years and has two grown daughters. He loves to ski, bicycle, exercise, and travel.

Dr. Rudolph actively participates in continuing education involving all phases of dentistry, including ceramics, implantology, laser, maxillofacial trauma, occlusion, oral cancer screening, prosthodontics, and TMJ.
